1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of order delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Returns are only applicable for purchases made through our official website.
2. Return Process

- Our team will schedule a free reverse pickup through our courier partner.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging for pickup.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
3. Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, etc.).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank details to process the refund via NEFT/IMPS.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the return is approved.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered will not be accepted.
- For hygiene reasons, innerwear and accessories (if applicable) are non-returnable.
5. Exchange Policy
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
- If you wish to get a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
- We will prioritize such issues and arrange a prompt replacement or refund.
