Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Return

Returns accepted within 6 days of delivery. Items must be unworn or not damaged, unwashed, and in their original condition.Tags and original packaging must be intact.No stains, perfume, or signs of wear will be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Used or damaged items can’t be returned.Returns sent after 6 days won’t be accepted. Products that raise hygiene concerns are non-returnable.

3.Return Process

Email us at Care@hargunnightwear.com or WhatsApp with your order ID and reason for return.
Our team will guide you through the return steps.You must ship the item back to the address provided. Return shipping is to be handled by the customer.

4. Refund

Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll issue the refund within 24 hours

5. Damaged or Wrong Product

In case you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Share clear photos and your order ID for faster resolution.

6. Additional Notes

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
