🔁 HARGUN NIGHT WEAR – Return & Refund Policy

At HARGUN NIGHT WEAR, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our policy below to understand the conditions and process for returns and refunds.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Items that are damaged, worn, altered, or used will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers
  • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive products (if any)
  • Custom-made or personalized products

🔄 Exchange Policy

We allow size exchanges only, subject to availability.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The returned product must meet the same condition requirements as stated above.
  • First exchange shipping is usually free. Additional exchanges may incur a shipping fee.

💰 Refunds

Refunds are issued only under these conditions:

  • You received a damaged or defective item.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is unavailable or out of stock after placing the order.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Note: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

🚚 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at Care@hargunnightwear.com within 7 days of receiving the order.
  2. Mention your Order Number, Reason for Return, and include clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  3. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and address details.

Return Shipping:

  • In most cases, return shipping must be arranged by the customer.
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we’ll arrange pickup or reimburse the shipping cost.

📦 Return Address

You will receive the return address after your return request is approved.

Please do not send your return without prior approval as we may not be able to process it.
