1. No Browsing Fee

You can visit and browse the Hargun Nightwear website for free. We don’t charge anything to look around. If we add any service fees later, using the website means you accept those changes.

2. Ways You Can Pay

We give you different ways to pay: Net banking, Credit cards , Debit cards, Upi, Prepaid Wallets, Cash on Delivery (COD)

3. Our Choice to Accept or Reject

We have the right to accept or reject any payment. That’s our decision.

4. Use the Right Payment Info

Only use payment methods that belong to you or that you’re allowed to use. Don’t use someone else’s card or account. Enter your payment details carefully. You’re responsible for keeping this info safe.

5. When a Payment Fails

Sometimes payments don’t go through. This can happen if:

Your bank blocks it
You hit your card limit
There’s a network issue
Something else outside our control

We aren’t responsible for any of these issues.

6. Limits on Orders

Some orders have limits. We may put a cap on how much you can spend. If a transaction looks risky, we might cancel it or ask for more checks. If we’ve had problems with your past orders, we may refuse to sell to you

7. Prices and Taxes

All prices on our website include taxes. If a tax or fee comes up later, you’ll need to pay it.
Sometimes, prices listed may be wrong:

If the real price is less, we’ll refund the extra as store credit (within 15 days).
If the real price is more, we’ll ask you to pay the difference. You can cancel the order if you don’t want to pay.

8. Refunds and Store Credit

When you cancel or return something, we’ll start the refund process.

For prepaid orders, you get the money back the way you paid.
For COD orders, you’ll get store credit.

We start the refund after checking everything.

9. If You Didn’t Make the Payment

See a charge you didn’t make? First, check if a friend or family member placed the order. If not, tell us within 2 days so we can look into it.

10. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for some areas and some products.

Only orders under ₹10,000 are eligible.
We may call or message you to confirm before shipping.
