We deliver all over India.
Big cities. Small towns. Remote villages. We try to reach everywhere.
It doesn’t matter if you’re in Delhi or a small town in Assam — we’ll ship it.
You don’t need to worry about where you live.
As long as your pin code is serviceable by our courier partners, we’ll get it to you.
Right now, we only ship within India.
No international orders yet.

Delivery Partners

We don’t deliver orders ourselves.
We use trusted courier services to do that job.
These companies are known for delivering safely and on time.
We pick our partners based on their speed and reliability.
They’ve handled thousands of orders across India.
Their job is simple — to bring your Hargun Nightwear order from our warehouse to your doorstep.
They scan the package, assign a tracking number, and handle the rest.
We stay in touch with them throughout the process to make sure things go right.

Order Processing Time

As soon as you place an order, we get to work.
Your item goes into packing.
We check if the size and item are correct.
We fold it neatly and prepare it for dispatch.
Usually, this takes 1 to 2 business days.
If you order on a weekend or a public holiday, there might be a slight delay.
Orders placed after 6 PM are processed the next day.
During festive seasons or big sales, we get more orders — so packing might take a bit longer.
But we always try to ship as soon as we can.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, the order reaches you in 3 to 7 working days.
Sometimes it’s quicker, especially in metro cities.
If you live far from major hubs, it may take a little longer.
We’ll keep you updated through tracking.
If there’s a strike, weather problem, or holiday, delivery could be delayed.
We’ll inform you in those cases.
Our goal is always to get your package to you as fast as possible.
We care about your time, and we hate delays too.

Tracking Your Order

Once we ship your order, you’ll get a message.
It’ll have a tracking link or ID.

You’ll see when it was picked up, where it is now, and when it’s likely to arrive.
You don’t need to guess or worry — just check the link.
Tracking updates usually come in real time.
Keep an eye out for courier calls or updates.
Sometimes, they may call to confirm your location.
Please answer or call back to avoid failed delivery.

Shipping Charges

Address Accuracy

If the courier can’t find your home, the package might return to us.
We can’t be responsible for errors in the address you gave.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery still fails, the package comes back to us.

Once it’s packed and out for delivery, we can’t make changes.
